Artist Talk at Marshall University

September 27, 2018

On Thursday, September 27th, I was invited to give an artist talk to the students, faculty and community members present at the closing reception for Twofold: Impermanent Histories. 50-60 guests braved a cold and rainy night for the talk and I was grateful for the phenomenal questions posed by students and the connections between the cities of Detroit and Huntington that community members discussed with me. I’d like to thank the Birke Art Gallery administration Danny Kaufmann, Mary Waller and Melissa Yungbluth for the invitation to exhibit and for hosting me for an artist talk.
