“Family Room” wins award at the 73rd Ohio Annual at the ZMA

73rd Ohio Annual Exhibition at the Zanesville Museum of Art

Exhibition Opening: Thursday, June 21, 5:30-7:30 pm

I am honored to have my work “Family Room” on display at ZMA for the 73rd Ohio Annual Exhibition, an eclectic group exhibition including many talented makers working in Ohio today. At the exhibition opening on Thursday, June 21, awards were handed out for achievement in each of the various media categories and I’m honored that juror Erin Shapiro selected my work as worthy for the Drawing, Print or Collage award.

The Ohio Annual Exhibition celebrates the Zanesville Museum of Art’s commitment to discovering, encouraging, and recognizing Ohio’s finest artists and artisans. In its 73rd year, this competitive, juried exhibition welcomed submissions from all Ohio artists, in all stages of their careers. This year the exhibition was curated by distinguished guest juror, Erin Shapiro, the Curator at the Springfield Museum of Art, Springfield, Ohio.
